I know there is allot of white .... I want to color the background to make the white girl and the snow pop a but like always I'm too afraid to do it ... any color suggestions are welcome lol. :nod:

I went about this piece very differently from how I normally do things... I drew and painted the tree first and then placed the girl in. normally I draw the girl and then everything else.. *sigh* but I was in a strange mood last night and for some odd reason started drawing a tree ... O_o and this just kinda developed ... and I have the strange feeling I've drawn this exact image before ... lol maybe I'm finally going crazy .... :XD:

I think maybe adding a very pale blue for shadows? Looks really good though ^^

Hmm...a VERY LIGHT blue background. :no: I like all the white, so maybe just add a bit of pink tint on her skin and blue highlights. I think that artist you like did one similar, but I can't remember. :D

Just use very watered down purples (mixed with twinges of black) or even a dark blue (doing the same thing) to create shadows for the snow.
The tree looks awesome by the way! :hug:
